FlowHouse is a visual no-code/low-code platform for building, deploying, and managing chat bots. The service includes a visual flow editor, AI copilot, broadcast tools, live chat, payment integrations, and analytics.
3. Waitlist & Early Access
By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in the service. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or feature availability. We will notify you via the email you provide when access becomes available.
4. User Accounts
When the service launches, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowHouse to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
6. Intellectual Property
The FlowHouse platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by FlowHouse and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and bots you create using our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowHouse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlowHouse at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
