FlowCastle is a visual no-code/low-code platform for building, deploying, and managing chat bots. The service includes a visual flow editor, AI copilot, broadcast tools, live chat, payment integrations, and analytics.

By requesting early access, you are expressing interest in the service. Early access requests do not guarantee access, pricing, or feature availability. We may contact you via the email you provide with updates or next steps.
4. User Accounts
When the service launches, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

The FlowCastle platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by FlowCastle and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and bots you create using our platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowCastle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlowCastle at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
