Userbot Chat Monitoring

Your own Telegram account quietly watches every group you are in. AI picks out leads, brand mentions and urgent issues in any language, and the FlowCastle bot alerts you with a direct link to the person.

Perfect when you want to keep an eye on many Telegram groups without adding a bot to any of them. The monitoring runs on your own Telegram account (a "userbot"), so it sees every chat you are already a member of — client groups, communities, industry chats. It catches potential customers, mentions of your brand, and urgent problems the moment they appear, so you stop scrolling through hundreds of messages just to find the few that matter. It works for any business and any language — you describe what matters in your own words.

• What should trigger an alert: potential customers, brand mentions, urgent problems, conflicts — or anything notable?
• Should every chat be watched, or only some? You can name specific chats in the watch list.
• In what language should alerts be written — the same as the message, or one fixed language?
• Connect your Telegram account: open Settings → Bots, create a userbot, and scan the QR code with your phone.
• Link your Telegram under Settings → Notifications so the FlowCastle bot can deliver alerts to you.
• Describe your watch list in the watchScope variable — what is important enough to deserve an alert. Set reportLanguage if you want all alerts in one language.
• Post a test message in one of your groups (or ask a friend to) and check that the alert arrives from the FlowCastle bot.

• Messages that do not matter are quietly skipped

• A userbot is simply your own Telegram account connected to FlowCastle. You log in once by scanning a QR code — the same way you would sign in to Telegram on a new device.
• Because it is your account, it already sees every group you are in. No bot is added anywhere, no group settings change, and other members notice nothing.
• Alerts are delivered by the official FlowCastle bot in Telegram (with email as a fallback). Link your Telegram to your FlowCastle account once under Settings → Notifications, and every alert finds you there.
• Each alert names the chat and the author and includes a direct t.me link — one tap and you are talking to the lead. The link works whenever the sender has a public @username.
• Two variables control everything, in plain words and in any language: watchScope — what deserves an alert ("people looking for a contractor", "mentions of my product") — and reportLanguage — the language AI writes alerts in. By default alerts match the language of the message itself.
• The template only reads and alerts. It never replies in the groups it watches, because any reply would come from your personal account.
• AI screening runs on FlowCastle AI credits: with the default model, one screened group message costs about 1 credit, and the free plan includes 100 credits per month — enough to try it out. Keep in mind

• Alerts arrive privately from the FlowCastle bot. The template never posts in the groups it watches — anything sent there would look like a message from you personally.
• No bots are added to your groups and nothing changes for other members — the monitoring is invisible from the inside.
• Alert quality depends on your watch list: the more concretely you describe what matters, the fewer false alarms you get.
