• Connect the Gmail account your team wants monitored, and confirm it's the right inbox.
• Review the search query — it ships as "unread in the last day", which you can narrow to specific senders or labels.
• Open Broadcasting, choose the internal Telegram group or team chat that should receive the digest, then review and turn the schedule on.
• Adjust the send time and timezone if your team's morning doesn't match the default.

• The digest ships as a reviewable draft: you choose who receives it in Telegram and switch the schedule on yourself, nothing sends automatically the moment it's installed.
• For a shared team summary, point it at a single internal Telegram group or channel rather than every individual contact — this is meant to be an internal briefing, not a customer broadcast.
• The AI is instructed to stay factual and never invent email contents, deadlines, or intent — it summarizes what's actually there.
• Ships scheduled for 9am on weekdays; the time, timezone, and days are plain settings you can change.
